Posted January 4, 2004 · Report post Not found in my Marco Polo atlas of Europe (scale 1: 700 000, then rather a reliable one on more than 300 pages) my "Guide to the world" of Reader's Digest says nothing, either (760 pages), but my browser has shown to me a name of a Kurdish poet Omar Gulf Marif. Maybe could it be a place of his birth, just somewhere on the mythical border of Iraq/Iran? After all, not far away to the sources of the Eastern civilisation. Posted December 31, 2004 · Report post Το τραγούδι "Βασιλική" έχει γραφεί από τον Ν. Ζιώγαλα ο οποίος καταγεται από την Βέροια (όπως κ εγώ). Το "Μαρίφ" είναι μια τούρκικη ονόμασία τοπονυμίου στην Βέροια κ αναφέρεται στο... κοιμητήριο της πόλης. Πιάστε καμιά άλλη κουβέντα χρονιάρες μέρες! Καλή χρονιά!!!!.
