You mean the songs that the Greek Artists sung with the real American or European words or the songs that they sung with the American or European melodies and they put Greek words as some songs of Parios ("Ποτέ δε σε ξεχνώ" , " Μη μ'αφήνεις μη" ) etc...

Hristaki. One that occurs to me is 'Ουρανέ που περνάς' - in English 'Take me home, country roads' lyrics by John Denver and music (as far as I can make out) by Danoff and Nivert. Greek lyrics are by Σέβη Τηλιακού and recorded by Πασχάλης/the Olympians.

I should also say that there's a great reggae version of this song on the most-loved CD in our house (three out of four of us have bought it independently and all have been played almost to the point of destruction). It's 'The very best of Toots and the Maytals'. If there are any reggae fans (or just those that are curious about reggae) out there and you only buy one CD make it this one.
