Loukas Daralas had given it to Marika Ninou who made it a success! I've never heard it by GD and I am longing to have the CD now!

I've never heard "Το βουνο-To Vouno" from Marika Ninou but from Loukas Daralas,Keti Grey and also G. Dalaras.Among these versions,Dalaras' seemed to be the most beautiful one because he sings it in a very emotional and sensitive way.

I bought it too! :rolleyes::rolleyes:

It is extraordinary!!!!!

It's great !!!

I personally can't stop listening to Amor amor !

And it's always very touching to listen to these old songs of Dalaras like "Kapoios xtyphse thn porta" and "Kapoion allon filhses" with the new voice of Dalaras. I am very happy!:D:D:D

(in the booklet there are no lyrics)

Oh and the cover of the album has one of my favourite photos of Dalaras! You know it, we have talked about it here (It was from a shot with Emma Shapplin if you remember, the photo was in black and white)

I guess there is good news and bad news to share

1st. I'm happy for everyone abroad the atlantic (countries in Europe primarily Greece that have bought the cd)

Shucks I Know if I were visiting there now and I've seen it available I'd buy it on the spot while I'm shopping.

2nd, well the bad news is while I have checked the 2 greek cd sites in New York and Toronto, there is no mention of the upcoming cd.

One would think there would be news of this great cd announcements.

3rd. No word either one the participations everyone has posted about.

4th, Since tomorrow is Saturday thank you Sarantiss for the inside tip.

Hopefully it will be online too over the weekend or the following Monday from now.

It's really a pity they didn't put in the lyrics. Would be better to wait one more week and then publish with lyrics!!

Anyway here's the article from Ελευθεροτυπία of today:

The Eleftherotipia newspaper today includes an extra magazine "Taxidromos". "Taxidromos" has a really great interview of G.Dalaras. Really great interview with GREAT photos!!!
