Και μέσα σ' αυτόν τον "Αλήτη καιρό" οι φωνές του Τσακνή και του Νταλάρα κλαίνε και λένε για τον "Νοέμβρη '91"(17 χρόνια μετά), αλλά και για κάθε Νοέμβρη. Γιατί "η μέρα αυτή θυμίζει μακελειό", γιατί "Νοέμβρης ήταν η χρονιά και δω γινόταν του χαμού". Κι αν ύστερα από 30 χρόνια όλα έχουν γίνει "σημαίες και γαρύφαλα, εμπόριο κι απάτη και λόγοι στο κενό", ο "Νοέμβρης '91" είναι πάντα εδώ για να φωνάζουμε όλοι μαζί "κουφάλες δεν ξοφλήσαμε...τα όνειρα των εραστών δεν σβήνουν".
