This week's favorite song (too)

1,665 posts in this topic

A song I haven't heard for ages, but now it came surprisingly and remains like akind of answer and given courage:

To tragoudi gia tin Eleni F., from Thessalonikι - Yannena.

May it be dedicated to all of us struggling with difficult questions,

For different reasons, one of which is that she shines for you, for me, for them, just like that. No bribing involved.

And today, she did, very warm, like Summer.

Two at the same time:

Issoun Theos (Melissa :) ), beacause it is such a beautiful waltz,

Den xero, poso s'agapo, a discovery indeed, even if it seems to be "classic". What a melody, what instrumental parts.

Francois, please, you are good in it, who was singing it in a duet before?

I would imagine here, close to Marinella-Dalaras, a duet Giannis Kotsiras - Eleni Tsaligopoulou, too....

Manos Loizos, Πές μου, πώς γίνεται on this Easter evening has all the chances to lead me into a new good week.

Can anybody give me the exact words, please?

Two additions: two very different, but equally dear songs:

Francois, please, don't forget the Manos Loizos' text for the song,OK? Merci!

This song took me by surprise this evening, last five minutes of dancing class (not Greek dance :) ) when we improvise one by one.

And improvising I did :)

I didn't realize how often it turns up on my compilations, until, in the car on the way home from Denmark, my passenger said: "ah, there is that beautiful song again - what is it about?"

I just wanted to make another topic disappear from the first page so we don't ridicule and embarass ourselves to those who visit the forum for the first time, so let's say "Το πέλαγο είναι βαθύ"
