This week's favorite song (too)

Ego eimai yios tis Kokkinias

A nice surprise at the end, since the Apona Matia CD does not have so many good songs (to me at least).

For this week: "To sxoleio" of G. Mouflouzelis.

Dalaras in one of his best moments.This record and this album is a proof about this:

Dalaras loves Rebetiko Tragoudi...!

"Έμαθα να παίζω, να κερδίζω και να χάνω

και να ζω σα να μην είναι να πεθάνω"

Όποιος το μάθει αυτό ή το έχει μάθει αυτό, μάλλον θα έχει πάρει άριστα από το σχολείο της ζωής!!

"Της αγάπης σου το ρίσκο" λοιπόν.. Αυτό μόνο.. Μόνο;;

"Στο φτωχό μου το χαγιάτι" I don't understand all the lyrics yet, but I think I will understand them before the night finishes.

:)

my favorite songs this weeks are

by Dalaras new Cd

Afieroma Vamvakaris:

'ANTILALOUN OI FILIKES'

because of his great voice at the end as he projects those high notes

out and man does he ever hit and enunciate them so darn good.

"AMAN PIA" --- "EPIFANOS"

And also

by Papakonstantino's new Live cd

Tribute

"ELLAS"

such a high energetic song

too bad it was sung at the tail end from his standing ovation

His Band is just Superb!

nobody but nobody does Rock better then Vasillis

:wow::music:

To Pelago Einai Vathi

I can imagine myself floating on the Mediterrean sea, and looking at the sky, and just thinking...

Does the sea reflect the colour of the sky, or does the sky reflect the colour of the sea?

First choice, methinks...

I don't know, Celeste, but one early morning, in Agia Marina, not far from Athens, I happened to check this impression of Kazantzakis and thought it was very true... :D

"Παραμυθένια ζωγραφιά", "Χρόνια σε περίμενα" and Historia de un amor.

I only recently received them from a nice friend. And I just love this rythm, this latin painfull and sweet at the same time rythm.

Para siempre, για πάντα.
